This was a spin I had off the usualy bingo game for Brigham to pay attention during conference, that worked SOOOO well. We even let him put candy in repeatedly when he heard something more than once. He actually made it through 3 sessions with it!

Tell us more about this. My boys didn't even make it through one talk let alone 3 sessions. I'm gathering all the ideas I can to prepare for next conference!
So I printed out the pictures that I copied from lds.org, laminated them, and traced them to fit inside the muffin cups. Brig and I went to the store and he picked all kinds of lovely sweet things (next time I think I'll try to throw in some nuts or something too). He chose all the circles (pictures) he wanted and then when he heard them said, he got to put a candy in the cup with it. When he got a row filled I let him eat the candy in that row, dump the pictures out, and then start over. I think Hiram and Jachin would like the competition too-to see who would fill up their rows first.
